Hi! I’m Josh,

Josh Huisman is the senior pastor of Crosswalk Church, a community of people devoted to picking up our cross and following Jesus! (Matt 16:24)

Josh is passionate about the Word of God and his preaching is focused on bringing the Truth of scripture into the lives of believers. Each message will involve an opportunity for deeper learning and spiritual-strength building. When you enter the doors of Crosswalk Church you need to have your Bible with you, because we will open it and dive into the
Word! Josh is laser-focused on winning souls for the Kingdom of God, growing believers into fully devoted followers of Christ, and developing Christ followers to become
emotionally, physically, and spiritually healthy. (Matt 22:37)

As Josh often says, “We are not church lite, we are church strong!”

Josh began his time in full-time ministry in 2003 as a youth pastor. His wife, Sarah, currently leads the middle school group of Crosswalk Church. In May 2013 he received a Master of Theological Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Today, he is excited to follow the lead of the Holy Spirit as Crosswalk Church steps into a new season of honoring the Lord and giving glory to God in everything we do.

An encouraging scripture that all believers should understand “it is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit says the Lord.” (Zech 4:6) We will build strength as we carry the
cross and follow Jesus. Ephesians 6:10: "Finally brothers, be strong in the Lord and in the
power of His might."

Josh and his wife, Sarah, and their children Tyler, Jordan, Mary Beth, and Alyssa make their home in Nolensville.
